Our founders recognized early on that there would be a growing gap between emerging demand for IAM resources and the supply of available expertise to meet that demand.
In 2015, major cybersecurity integration practices were almost 100% dependent on staffing their IAM projects from a small pool of specialty IAM firms. These large integration companies could not afford to have expensive IAM engineers sitting on the bench and driving down utilization in between engagements. That’s when our founders decided to start their own staffing firm, focused exclusively on the IAM market space with their own network of engineers developed from their years of working for the market-leading identity management product firms like RSA, SailPoint, and Okta.
From these humble beginnings, IAAS has experienced double-digit growth each year. Today, we have provided IAM staffing resources to hundreds of customer engagements. At the end of 2020, we had seventy-five architects, engineers, and analysts preforming delivery for various projects, with about twenty-five percent delivered from our offshore facility in New Delhi, India. As we moved into 2021, we have well over 100 active engagements.
